1. Application Fields

2. Technical Features

  • Structure Types: Mainly include external gear rings, internal gear rings and face gear rings. They can be integrated with slewing bearings or used as independent transmission parts, with compact structure and high torque transmission capacity.
  • Materials & Manufacturing:Forged blanks made of high-quality alloy steel or medium-carbon structural steel ensure dense internal structure and high strength. Heat treatment such as quenching and tempering improves hardness and wear resistance of the tooth surface.
  • Precision & Transmission Performance:Gears are finished by hobbing, shaping or grinding, with precision up to ISO 6–8 grades. They feature smooth transmission, small backlash and low noise, meeting high-precision positioning requirements.
